Terms of Service

By requesting or booking transportation with RideOV, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Payments
All trips are subject to availability and are not confirmed until RideOV provides confirmation. Pricing is based on the trip details provided at the time of the quote. Changes to pickup locations, destinations, times, duration, or passenger count may result in additional charges. Any required deposit or payment terms will be provided when your trip is confirmed.

Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the trip and the amount of notice provided. Changes to a confirmed reservation are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. RideOV reserves the right to cancel or modify service when necessary due to unsafe conditions, vehicle issues, severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Passenger Conduct & Safety
Passengers must follow all applicable laws and reasonable safety instructions provided by the driver. RideOV reserves the right to refuse or discontinue transportation when passenger behavior is unsafe, threatening, excessively disruptive, illegal, or could damage the vehicle. Passengers must remain properly seated and use available safety restraints as required by law.

Alcohol & Prohibited Items
Passengers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding alcohol. Illegal drugs, weapons prohibited by law, smoking, vaping, and unlawful activity are not permitted in the vehicle. RideOV may refuse service when necessary to protect the safety of passengers, the driver, or the vehicle.

Damage & Cleaning
The person booking the trip may be responsible for reasonable costs resulting from damage to the vehicle or excessive cleaning caused by members of their party, including spills, stains, bodily fluids, or other unusual cleaning requirements.

Delays & Trip Times
RideOV makes reasonable efforts to arrive on time; however, travel times cannot be guaranteed. Traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, events, and other circumstances outside RideOV’s control may cause delays.

Personal Property
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. RideOV is not responsible for items lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged during transportation, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RideOV is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from delays, road conditions, weather, acts of third parties, or other circumstances outside RideOV’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited.
